Class Change Request Form

Schedules have been posted to Skyward! Below are the steps for requesting a class change.

  • If you (or your student) feel a schedule change is necessary, you can complete the 2025-2026 Class Change Request FORM, which will be made available on August 4th. 

  • Once you have entered your request in the form, you will pay the $5 class change fee via MySchoolFees.com. All required fees need to be paid before schedule changes are made.

  • Counselors will be taking requests as they come in through the above linked form and will contact you via email/phone or in person to let you know whether or not the change can be made. (If you have paid the fee and a change cannot be made, the fee will be credited to your student account.)

  • Do not fill this form out for Westlake school-to-school requests.  That process begins at the Westlake counseling office.  Please email your counselor with questions.

  • The last day to submit a class change request is August 19th.

  • TEACHER CHANGES WILL NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME.
